It comes with a band placement chart, a suggested workout routine for beginner and moderate workouts with information for their video website with many types of routines to follow. It even comes with a warranty once the system is registered with BodyBoss. I purchased this system to help tone and rebuild my muscle groups after suffering an arterial tear two years ago. I highly recommend the BodyBoss 2.0, especially for people just starting an exercise routine. The resistance is gentle and I can feel my muscle groups toning from the inside of my body. I am not straining or being placed under strain. It has been difficult to find mild or gentle routines that will not put me at risk for another arterial tear. I have now found a system that works well.
