Loving this new addition to my gym! I received it yesterday. It was nicely packaged into one box. I put it together by myself. It took all afternoon but I took a few breaks.I used it today. I had a chest and arm workout. I absolutely love the additional exercises this machine will provide. I already had a power rack ,barbell ,dumbells and adjustable bench.You're only limited by your imagination with the possibilities. Not planning on using heavy weights with it as I have a power rack. This is more complimentary.
