This has definitely been the perfect solution for us. With only a small amount of wall space available inside our house in a room that is not a dedicated gym, we needed a foldable squat rack that could take up as little space as possible when not in use, and looked tidy enough to have in a living space. This rack has been exactly that. There's not much to say that isn't covered in the product description beyond confirmation that it is as described. Easy to put together, solid enough for its weight capacity, and nicely designed. Is it as strong as a multi-thousand-dollar squat rack at your local CrossFit gym? No, of course not. Is it strong enough to rack 300lbs on it and treat it like a piece of traditional bodybuilding equipment? Absolutely. The pulley system adds a lot of useful functionality. You'll have to be a bit clever with your mounting. With only one cross bar to mount as a pick point, it can be tricky to build exercises beyond pulldowns. The kit comes with two pulleys and two cables, but the cables are different lengths. That makes doing double-arm cable flys a bit tricky. The second cable length has been more useful to set different heights for pulldowns depending on what exercise I'm doing. The rack itself has a different diameter than most. That means that many of the accessories you might buy on Amazon won't fit properly. It took a bit of experimentation to find spotter arms that would fit. Not a deal breaker, but you might find yourself exercising that free return policy a bit more than you otherwise might intend.Overall it's exactly as described, and killer for the price. Absolutely recommended.
