I’ve never used battle ropes before so I did my research and I was concerned cause these were cheaper price than other brands out there but they work great and definitely get the job done. Especially for beginners. I would say train with these and if you feel like you need to go to a bigger set like 40-50ft then make the jump but these are great quality and really do get my heart rate pumping.It was exactly what I was looking for.My kids and I used it a couple of times now. It created a challenge for us as rope beginners, but my teen son managed better than my daughter and I. I'm not new to strength training, and I found this rope to be challenging. It's a great starting place using a shorter rope. We took turns and went for 20-30 seconds per turn. We were sweating and breathing hard. We need to build up to use this and not look rediculous. Good thing we are at home. LolI take this to the local park & workout my arms & core. Along with other strength building exercises then I walk 3.5 miles.It’s a rope in a sleeve. Pretty straight forward. Excellent price too. Quality of the handles, sleeve, and rope seem on point. Anchor kit included. Bonus. To the annoyed reviewer who is lacking in basic construction knowledge and didn’t know how to anchor the rope…You can wrap the straps around heavy objects or mount the included plate with ring using this thing called “screws”.This rope seems to be very good for me!! I'm a beginner with these ropes!!There is almost no way to use this rope without benefit, can definitely fell it working muscles I forgot or never was aware of!Absolute worst installation directions. No idea how to attach to wall studs. I’m about to go to hardware store and ask them what I need. I am already irritated.
