This works great for cable workouts using the attachment from above and below! I saw some reviews that said it didn’t work to connect from the floor to do things like leg extensions, bicep curls, tricep extensions, arm raises… etc. it does though! You just need to use two of the cables/pulleys and connect the weights to the top pulley like normal, then instead of connecting your attachment to the other end of the cable, connect the other cable and then loop that cable through the other pulley connected to the “floor”. Then connect the attachment you want.I added two pics to show my set up with the top pulley on the pull-up bar of my squat rack and the bottom pulley connected to the back frame of my squat rack. When I did cable crunches I put my barbell on the back of my squat rack so the weights and my head would not collide. ?The ankle straps in my second pic were not included in the dual pulley kit, I bought them from DMoose.
