we use these for so much, we keep to in the RV so if we need to get underneath or do something on the ground our knees, backs, and clothes are protected. We keep 2 at home for when working on cars.DISAPPOINTED ☹️ The mats came as described and I’ve only opened half of the order (12 tiles). The quality and finish seem pretty good, but they are very VERY hard. They feel no better than a thin yoga mat on concrete. There is no flex or squish when walking on them. They are too hard for any ground activities: yoga, wrestling, jiu-jitsu. I would suggest these mats are only used on gym floors for standing activities: aerobics, kickboxing, weightlifting, etc.Definitely no tumbling on these mats. Absolutely never for judo!Just too hard! I am disappointed because I cannot use them for my intended purpose: to build a home jiu jitsu practice area. Luckily I only bought a small fraction of area I needed, so I will use the rest of my budget on another product. These mats may go to the kids’ playroom or maybe on the wall bordering my future jiu-jitsu mats.Three stars because the quality is still good but they are marketed for a use that is not practical, and I’ve wasted my money. I hope others can take this into consideration when selecting these mats. If you’re only walking or standing in them, you’ll be okay.I ordered my first set directly from the Wesellmats website and was blown away by the quality of the mats. Fast forward to recently when I installed a floating floor and wanted more mats. The deal on Amazon was unbeatable and they were the same mats. Not true unfortunately. The color was significantly different from the originals, the pattern was almost flat, they didn’t fit together without forcing it, and the mats were not soft but firm like the originals, instead quite hard with little give.I’m disappointed but will deal with it. Hopefully, they will soften over time.I got 2 packages of the 1" thick mats and they are perfect I can make a 6x8 rectangle and practice all bjj drills no problem I can also realign it to make a 4x12 to practice tumbling with my daughter. I have read the reviews about it not matching up asteticly but that's untrue you just need to put the puzzle together:) also some very helpful tips. 1) There are two different textures on each side smooth on one side and thin lines on the other side if you put the lined side down on carpet it won't slide as much. 2) place your layout in the corner so you have 2 walls bracing the mat, also using painter's tape on the bottom side over the preferations will give added support if your doing intense heavy adult sprawling thankyouBought a pack of red and also blue for my wife’s exercise area in the basement. Easy to install and clean. She loves it for aerobics and the 1” thick pads help protect her bad feet. A bit pricey, thus one less star, but highly recommended. This mat is very thick for 1 inch. I was looking for a mat to use on hardwood floor for a baby to practice crawling and walking. the other baby mats seemed to thin for my liking. I would probably recommend to go less than 1 inch if that is your goal because it is not squishy or foamy as other baby mats. I would have concerns if baby fell but it’s better than a fall on hardwood floor. Otherwise this mat would be great for adults as it’s very firm. I probably wouldn’t recommend sitting in it too long.Bought these to use in my wood stove room to put along the margins of stove area and then filled with loose stone to catch ash under stove. Easier to clean then expansive loose stone everywhere and can be vacuumed. Keeps rocks in place from the thickness of foam.I bought this to create an anti fatigue surface in our kitchen where I spend a lot of time standing. It works well and spills clean up easily. I've placed a stool on top, creating fairly deep pressure spots and they recover completely after the stool is removed.
